Selection process
1. For selection to the post of Gram Kachhari Secretary, your minimum educational qualification is Intermediate pass i.e. pass or a panel will be prepared on the basis of merit declared by the State Government.
2. Preference of 10% marks will be given to graduate degree holders and 20% marks will be given to post graduate degree holders.
3. Two and a half percent marks will be given for each complete year of service spent in the post of Gram Kachhari. After calculation of each complete year, if the remaining period is more than six months, then considering it as one year, 28% marks shall be given for that period but the marks thus obtained shall not exceed 12.5%.
4. In case someone's marks remain equal in the merit list then the candidate with higher age will be given preference.
5. The number of vacancies may increase or decrease and information of the same will be made available on the departmental website from time to time.
